Our mission is to provide quality and effective behavior analysis services to individuals and families who are experiencing challenging behaviors, or need to increase functional and communication skills. Our goal is to provide individualized assessments and treatment programs to the client and caregivers, in order to allow everyone the tools for meaningful behavior change.
A Behavior Assessment will first be conducted to identify behavior problems of concern, the function of their occurrence, replacement/adaptive behavior skills to increase, influencing variables, and program goals. An individualized Behavior Plan will then be developed to address these needs. The Behavior Program will consist of strategies and procedures for the circle of supports and the behavior team to implement, to change behavior in a meaningful way and teach new skills. Ongoing training, data collection, and monitoring will occur.
By implementing specific scientifically evaluated strategies, with the use of assessment and training, we are able to reduce and eliminate behavior problems from occurring, teach socially significant adaptive behavior such as appropriate communication skills, social skills, compliance behavior, toilet training, and other functional skills.
Our team of qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians work with all individuals. Services are provided to individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities (i.e. Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, Attention Deficit Disorders, Down Syndrome, etc.), learning disabilities, and individuals without any specified diagnosis.
We currently provide services in various settings (e.g. family home, group home, preschool, day program, community, etc.). Locations include Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk Counties.
